How do you make a referral to Acuity Specialty Hospital of New Jersey?

Acuity Specialty Hospital of New Jersey at Atlanticare accepts referrals from hospitals, rehabilitative and skilled nursing facilities, clinicians and families. Our hospital is Medicare certified and accepts most insurance plans.

To make a referral, please contact the admissions department at 609-441-8123. A Clinical Liaison will perform an on-site evaluation to assess for appropriateness of admission; all admission determinations will be made and communicated within 24 hours of evaluation. Upon approval of admission, communication of clinical information is coordinated by our admissions department.
